Returns and Refund Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please note, some fresh items have a limited shelf life and hence, if there are any issues we must be made aware within 24 hours of receiving your item.

 

Important: please do not destroy or throw away items before you’ve contacted us and please try to take photographs of any damaged items. This allows us to see the extent of any damage and we may need to provide them to our couriers or suppliers.

 
1. How to Return your item:

To create a return request please email: hello@picklefresh.co.uk. Make sure to include:

  • Your order number 
  • Your name and contact details 
  • A summary of why you would like to return your item 
  • Photographs of any damage, if possbile 

One of our team will respond within 24 hours (Mon – Fri, 9am – 4pm) with details on how to return your item.

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within the time frame stated in your card issuer's policies.

 

The initial cost of shipping your item back to us is the responsibility of the purchaser. If you are returning your item due to a fault, damage, or a quality issue the cost of return shipping will be refunded to you. This is subject to our inspection team confirming the reported fault, damage, or quality issue. If you are returning your item when there is no issue, or if our inspection team cannot confirm a reported fault, damage, or quality issue, you will not be refunded the cost of return shipping.

 

Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable or temperature controlled products (e.g. yoghurt cultures, fermenting cultures, cheese making kits, out of date products) unless the product arrive unfit for use.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order you may do so before the item has been dispatched and you will be issued a full refund. Please call us on 01462 813260 as soon as possible.
